My last haircut with two tone highlights in Los Angeles (well, it was at a salon in Beverly Hills) cost me $375.00 before product and tip. The price of the haircut was probably a third of that.
Yesterday I went to a mall in Paradise Valley, AZ and got a haircut for $39.00 before tip.
